This interesting and informative session will explore the incredible power that school custodial personnel have to prevent tragic losses of human life in schools while also helping to improve school climate and student achievement. This session will demonstrate how custodial staff can use their unique perspective to make schools safer in ways that no other school employees can. This session is also designed to help custodial understand why they have a right to be proud of their contribution to the education of our most precious natural resource – our children.
