A former Spanish teacher is being charged with sexually assaulting a former student. She did so repeatedly during a four month period in 2012. She was 32, and the student was 15. She faces up to 10 years in prison.

Perhaps by now you have seen the video of a 13-year old boy being beaten by three older boys. The school bus driver, John Moody, looks on helplessly as the three attackers give the victim two black eyes and a broken arm. Moody, who is 64, followed policy.
