Phoned in threat prompts widespread lockdowns

A man who called in a threat to shoot up schools then kill himself was arrested.

His call promted widespread school lockdowns in Monterey Park, Santa Monica and Los Angeles, including
East Los Angeles City College and Santa Monica College.
