establish goals for a post-incident recovery strategy, define roles and responsibilities, key concepts in crisis mental health, and integrate mental health intervention into recovery.

The training is divided into two phases: the first phase includes information on crisis mental health recovery response procedures, death notification considerations, and specific considerations for off-site family reunification.

The second phase of the training provides training on business continuity planning including guidance through the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk analysis, as well as pandemic influenza planning concepts. If desired by the school/school system, this training will include pre- and post- training testing to track progress of attendees from the training.
